Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  1. Provide Proof: Include the following in your message:

    • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Your order number.

So that we can evaluate the situation and come to a proper solution. 

Conditions

  • Products must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • We do not cover damages caused by improper use, storage, or application.

 Invalid address 

You must ensure your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address.  

Item(s)being returned to us due to an invalid address.

The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost) once it is physically back in our possession. 

 You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
